Hi @Kwik_E_Mart

I have noticed this myself. Sky Q HDR has certainly deteriorated. Especially bad during daytime football. I don’t think the cameras can cope with the varying lighting conditions, close ups are fine. Much better under the floodlights. (XR-55A95K).

I had to type a few words, post and edit repeat as the community filter kept rejecting my post.

I’m looking for some help/suggestions.I have this Tv and Sky Q box with software 32B107, Q box is set to 2160p 10 bit, all hdmi’s are set to enhanced. TV used to show Sky hdr content perfectly, then for some reason any Sky hdr content became really dark. HDR content through Netflix and prime (through Sky) still work perfectly.TV still shows HDR in top right corner but the picture is now really dark. If I press home again and go to recordings and click the tile of a non HDR show as though I want to watch it the screen reverts to its usual brightness?

I've not changed anything, I've not touched any settings.

I've done several factory resets on the TV and it's still the same, and I've changed the (under 3 foot) HDMI lead from the Sky Q box to the TV, but it's still the same?
I’ve changed the video format from auto to hlg, it’s marginally better but only if I turn brightness, contrast and gamma up to max, and even then it’s not as bright as it should be. Also when I turn off the hdr content I then have to change format back to normal as otherwise it’s stuck on hlg which is annoying. Have Sky changed HDR somehow? How can it still work perfectly on Netflix and prime when it’s all coming through the same box?

Any help would be appreciated as this is driving me mad and making me think I need to buy a new TV.
