dear all

i have updated my sony c to latest updat using the PC

after update ther was small tow green lines on th top of the screen and tow at the end of the screen

dose any one know how to remove them?

please to help me?

is ther any thing wrong in my mobile? and how can i back to old software?

That does not sound right. Have you tried to perform a software repair on your phone via PC Companion?

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
