Screen keps freezing. I have done everything suggested except a factory reset. I don't play games or have loads of apps open. I clear my cache and have a clean screen, my phone is not hot! It is up to date as far as I can tell. Very fed up and wish I had stayed with Samsung as never had a problem.

This has been happening to me as well for about a month.

When it happens I press power button on and off and this usually frees it.

Any ideas what's happening?

Could it be a poorly performing app?

Is there a performance tool available?

Please advise as it's very annoying.
