Cannot register new headphones

Bought the new WH-1000XM3

Went to register - start typing in the product name and it appears as an option - I click on it to select it and it appears in the product box

Fill in the rest of the details and when I click to register it tells me my product is invalid

I bought new WH-1000XM3 online and it was delivered today.

I am trying to register the product after creating the account and it shows that the product is invalid.

Hello,

Same problem here while trying to register my new WH-1000XM3, I thought it was just me entering a wrong serial number or something but it seems others have the same issue (possibly headphones are too new and they're not in their database or something).

Just to be 100% sure, how do I find the serial number on these? I couldn't find it on the headphones itself.

Do I just enter the "S01-#######-E" thing at the bottom right of the box near the barcodes?
