Is this known problem with drop outs will be solved very soon or should I go with differened brand?

Please answer, I need a pair of wireless ear buds with no drop outs.

.. the issue varies in frequency .. but should add that I am using the headphones with a Hidizs AP200 music player that does have issues of its own using beta firmware so might not entirely be a Sony problem .. still able to really enjoy the headphones and will continue to use and vary the circumstances of use to further test the headphones ..
