Hi heetap,

Have you tried connecting the headphones to a different device? Also, does this happen on all content?

If you can also let us know how do you connect the headphones is it via the cable or via Bluetooth?

Cheers,

The_Black_Rose

I have a problem that the left earpiece is louder than the right one, which brings discomfort when listening to music. I tried everything, changed the settings in the application, turned off the noise, nothing changed. What could be the problem ?

P.S I also noticed that this problem is present in Sony WH-1000XM2

<STRIKE>I have the same problem. It's not always, it happens randomly: the left side starts sounding louder than the right side. I am connected via bluetooth to a Macbook. it's not a problem with my hearing since when I flip the headphones wearing them in the wrong ears, the loud sound goes to the right</STRIKE>

Nevermind, I found the audio output balance in my computer had been tempered with, perhaps an office joke
