Bluetooth pairing WH-1000XM3 problem

My WH-1000XM3 headphones paired fine with my iPhone 6s. I got a new iPhone XR today and it can’t even find the headphones under Bluetooth devices. I’ve unpaired it with my old phone, but still no luck. Please help.
