help needed asap. ive been to halfords were found out threres an apdate for this to which following all way says on site n paper on to usb but soon put head unit says updating 0% then file error its becoming iritating as its been built for a sound off car to which cant put volume above 30 as distortion comes in.

its a good headunit but if this aint resovled then it being thorwn

Hi mcvibes21,

Have you tried resetting the system to factory settings?

I'd also try using a different USB drive as some of the ones I used before had some weird quirks making them not compatible with certain functions. So it's worth a shot.
