Sony walkman nw-ws413 won’t turn on

I recently got this device and after one use, which it worked very well for, it stopped turning on, even after the 10 second reset attempts and the 17 second factory reset it still doesn’t turn on. When I charge it the green light comes on to say it’s charged fully.

Is there anything else I can do to help sort it out?
