Sony WH-1000XM3 whiz in right headphone that drives me crazy

Man, I'm starting to regret my purchase already. I've only had my headphones for about a week and updated to the latest firmware 4.1.1. I have this annoying whiz in the right headphone that drives me crazy. I don't know if it's a hardware issue or something connected to the latest firmware that I've read a lot of bad reviews about. Unfortunately I didn't use the headphones with the old firmware to notice if this is something new or not.

Have any of you experienced the same problem?

I have mine about a week also, I have not experienced this at all. Return them and get a new set.

Sometimes they start good (silent) from reboot but when I toggle Ambient On -> Ambient Off -> Noice canceling On the whiz start again in the right headphone. If I’m in a silent room it really annoying. I will try to get them exchanged but I wonder if it’s really not a software/setting issue. But a reset to factory default doesn’t help.
