help please! unit works great BUT will not connect to mirrorlink,already has app on phone. phone connects via bluetooth fine for music etc .when connecting via usb says usb source not supported,phone app says is connected to mirrorlink. when message goes off stereo says re establishing smartphone connection ,yhen just stays there. stereo is up to date with up dates etc...according to list should be fine....any help please!!tia ...

Which phone do you have?

Some devices aren't compatible for the usb connection so

your phone may not be supported.

You can check the compatibility on the Sony Asia site Here

towards the bottom of the page.

Simply, your smartphone has the latest MirrorLink version (1.1 or 1.2) compared to the car radio (1.0) and there is no compatibility.
