Sony WH-1000XM3 quick attention

I recently purchased these headphones expecting great things.

When I initially opened and synced the headphones they would work properly and all the hand gestures would function. I then tried the quick attention feature by cupping the right touch pad, and ever since the only function that works is the quick attention. Any swiping or tapping doesn’t do anything.

Is there a way to fix this issue. I have initialized the headphones and the same problem occurred.

Sounds frustrating - I'll just see if I can find some answers for you. Someone else in the community might have some ideas in the meantime though.
