When I turn on my vehicle stereo there is a click through the speakers but then no sound even with headphones. Can anybody help with my problem please. The faded settings as stated in the handbook does not solve the issue

Hi John,

I'm wondering if you tried playing content from different inputs (Bluetooth, USB, Radio)? Have you tried a factory reset? I found the steps on page 23 here:
