Adaptive sound control not working on xm3

Hello - I recently got the XM3s. I had a pair before but there was a fault in them.

i note in the new pair the adaptive sound control does not work. The wheel just keeps moving but the noise cancelling does not change.

I’m on 2.0.0 (should I upgrade? I hear so many negative things!). I have iOS 12.2 on an iPhone X.

i tried resetting and restoring to factory settings as well.

anyone else have this issue?

have you tried to reset the headphones or reinstall the Headphones Connect app?

Thanks for your message. Before I read this I decided to change the location settings. It was previously at Always On, I changed it to When using app. I noted when this happened location settings actually got used. I then deleted the app and reinstalled.

It worked!
