Last week it was working fne. I could transfer files to device memory and card and I could play songs in the library in music centre.

I can manage songs in my device, memory and card, but its very sluggish to display.

If I try to play a song in my library I get the above error.

If I try to drag a song from the library to the device memory or card I get these messages:

'transfer complete - the device will be discnnected' and instantly after that:

'some song(s) cannot be transferred' and the details in the error history states '

04/16/2019

01:35:20

-15 (the error code)

Transfer to Device

An error has occurred. Make sure the computer is operating, and device/memory card is connected - song title'

As far as I can tell everything plays fine on the device.

Is this a problem with music centre and how can I fix it?
