    <description>&lt;P&gt;No, unfortunately none of the cited answers helped me. The reset options are not relevant to my device, and the Sony Service told me that this device can not be repaired only replaced and referred me to the seller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The seller is rejecting to help me saying that the 1-year garantee period expired 2 months ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sort of helples....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
