WH-1000XM2 bluetooth headphones not charging

Followed the instructions in a previous post and the headphones came on. Turned them off to continue charging, red light came on and after a couple of minutes the light went off. How do I know if the phones are fully charged, is there a fault?

Hello @kernowsoul,

as you can see here in the documentation, they are fully charged when the red light turns off.

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate that the red light goes out when fully charged but I haven't charged the headphones for a number of months. I can only assume that I haven't used the headphones enough to deplete the battery.
