My WF-SP700N is charging but after charging period is over my left headset is not getting on and only right one is on and because of which my phone Bluetooth is unable to detect the hradphones

Have you tried to reset it to default settings after charging? The reset procedure is here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wfsp700n/v1/en/contents/TP0001613432.html?search=reset

It seems the left bud is run out of battery, so no option can be applied, after I take it out of the charging case, there is no red or blue light, but there is always a red light when it is inside the case.
