    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everybody,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with my Headphones Wh1000xm2. I was running and suddenly my connection was lost. I wasnt able to reconnect them again so I tried to reset them. When I made the 7 second process to reset them I wasnt work and They cant be at the pairing mode again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anybody help me? I bought them in less than 2 years ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try to delete the pairing information of the headset from the device, and then pair them again.&lt;/P&gt;
