Having big issues with these headphones and audio stutter and drop outs when connected to my mac.

The thing is, when I turn off my apple mouse they are fine so I'm guessing there's bluetooth interference or something.

It's pretty disappointing because I have a pair of £30 BT headphones that don't suffer from this problem and in general seem to have a more stable connection all round.

Any ideas on what I could try? I've tried resetting my mac Bluetooth and reconnecting etc

Considering returning and getting the WH1000MX3 as I can imagine they have a better connection, being bigger.

Also not blown away with the WF noise cancellation.. or am I doing something wrong??

Hi Alexfoxy,

I've read about the Bluetooth interference in the Help Guide of the device, so if the issue only occurs when the Bluetooth mouse is connected, I believe the only way to resolve it is by disconnecting the the mouse.

In regards to the noise cancellation part, I've read that the function works for low frequency bands, it doesn't really cancel the noise, it just reduces it by producing a wave that is in the opposite direction of the sound.

I found this link on the Sony website explaining how it works and what should be expected: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00203389

Cheers,

The_Black_Rose
