Hi Sony,

If you use the earbuds on iOS and then on a Mac OS computer after, then the maximum volume on the computer (Mac) will be limited to whatever you set it on on iOS.

This has been reported by several users in the US and on reddit.

it is very easy to reproduce. Just use it on the phone and then connect to a Mac and try to turn up the volume.

This is a deal breaker for this device. Is there any plan to upgrade the firmware to fix it? Otherwise mine are going back to the dealer asap...

That's so weird! Does it also happen if you connect the headset to your MAC PC first? Have you also tried to reset/initialize them to see if that can make any difference?

Yes it does - and several users reporting the same issue, no idea why Sony does not react. I just returned my set today - this issue combined with the extremely bad voice call abilities makes them useless for me sadly.
