Hi,

Ive just purchased this wlakman, and was in the process of putting my songs on there. When I plugged it into my mac, it says the device storage is full and I cant do anything with it because its empty. And the content transfer for the mac doesnt recognise the device when its plugged in so that doesnt work either.

Any particular reason as to why this is happening.

Wanted it to be ready for my holiday on saturday,

Hope someone can help!

Yeah i did in the end as that was the only way i could get music onto the device.
