NWZ-B183F firmware repair

Hi! My walkman display shows text somthing like in encryption text. All words with large letter are normal, but small letters are mess except letters - a;d;e;i;g.

I tried formating, resetting.

So my only option is to reinstall firmware, because there is no update available. Where can i get this firmware?

You should be able to perform an automatic firmware update for your Walkman. Please see more details on how to perform this here.

No, it didn't work because nwz-b183 series firmware is 1.0 and sony have not yet created any updates. So all softwares are useless. They will all say that i'm up to date.

My only option is .exe file
