the right earbud isn't as loud as the left one.

i can't only use the right one, when i put the left one in the case it instantly disconnects.

i'd really need help on that asap.

to be honest that doesn't really help. As I said I can only use the left earbud alone, because whenever I put the left one in the case it would just disconnect both earbuds just like if the left one had priority.

But actually the worst thing is the fact the volume level is different between the right earbud and the left one, right one being lower than left.
