Hi guys, I have the a7IV and it never gave me stress, but today, 01/21, it started calling out of nowhere even with the switch off, I did a factory reset and update and it continues to do the same thing.

@Coutodocouto is it updated to the latest version? and how often does it happen? Also feel free to share this video here, it might help to understand what the issue is.
