Problem with the FS 215M

Hi eberybody,

i have two questions..

The first is:

When i bought the computer there was a rubber pad who was missing... Do you know how can i get it one ?

The second question:

Some times the mouse pad is freezing, the pointer do not move for few secondes... do you know why ?

Hi Pierre,

I am afraid that I am unable to help with your first question. This is going to be very difficult to find. I can only suggest that you try and make one to fit.

Have you checked that the correct drivers are installed for the touchpad? In Device manager, under mice and other pointing devices, this should be identified as an Alps PS/2 Port Pointing Device. If identified as a PS/2 Port Mouse then you need to reinstall the Alps drivers, which you will find in the Drivers folder under Pointing

Try contacting Support at Vaio-Link and speak to them very nicely. As a rule Sony do not supply spares but if you explain that it was missing, on delivery, they may just put one in the post to you ¿ worth a try!!
