    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought my Vaio VGN-FS285B about three weeks ago and already one of the keys (in this case the 'n') has come loose and pops up when I type.  I can kind of click it back into place but it pops back up anyway.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seems a bit flimsy to me .... anyone else had this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I can kind of click it back into place but it pops back up anyway.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seems a bit flimsy to me .... anyone else had this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;yes there meant to do that so you can clean underneath them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;take the 'n' off by using your nails on one end and lift up.&lt;BR /&gt;when the caps off place it direcltly on top off the black thing and just push hard down until you hear a click.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
