    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Ice Coach and welcome.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In Device Manager (Control Panel &amp;gt; System &amp;gt; Hardware tab &amp;gt; Device Manager) expand Network Adaptors, right click on Intel PRO/100 VE Network Connection (or similar) and select Properties.&lt;BR /&gt;On the General tab check the device status which should say `this device is working properly¿. If you have a message that drivers are not installed then go to the Driver tab and install&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure that Device usage (General tab) is set to ¿Use this device (enable)¿&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am trying to connect my vaio vgn - s4m to the internet via an ethernet cable. When i had troubles doing this i contacted my cable provider thinking that it was a problem with my cable modem. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been told that the ethernet driver on my computer has not been installed. How do i do this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
