However when they do answer they are usually pretty helpful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Wait a little longer for the email it may just be taking a while.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;A gripe about Sony Support in general. After hanging on the line for 30min+ I decided to log on and use the e- route. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, after two succesful registrations (correct name and serial number entered) I am still waiting for an email to let me know my my password and log on details - so that I can start to log an issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is anyone else having this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;Is this a cynical way Sony has devised to keep its calls to support on an all time low?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
