BIOS update without floppy?

I try to work with XP on my Vaio SR11K (PCG-3216). Therefore I need an update of my BIOS - BUT - how can I update the BIOS without a floppy - anyone an idea???? maybe with the memory card slot?

there is a program to do a firmware update (without floppy)... check www.vaio-link.com

u can update it within XP

using, WinPhlash

on the Vaio link site, go check out your bios update..they should offer u the bios upgrade + winphlash

It can also be used within Windows 2000 or Win9x
