Does CPU usage go to max? I have something similar with my GRX (PCI WiFi card). Problems with wireless connectivity seems to be a recurring theme . . . .

It seems to be the common problem with freezes on the K115z also. Mind you I have tried pcmcia cards and they also cause a freeze after a couple of hours.
