&lt;P&gt;I'm not quite clear if you installed a Vaio upgrade version of Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;or if you just used a general version. Do you still have any of the Sony / Vaio tools such as Vaio Care?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;(Also you say it isn't compatible, but what told you this?)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your Vaio already has your Windows 7 stored on your hard drive in the revovery area.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can perform a recovery of the original OS using the Assist button on your PC&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;when it is off to start Vaio Care Rescue which will lead you through a recovery process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Windows 7 Download Key</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After Windows 10 was not compatible with my PC, I decided to downgrade but the PC told me I would need to redownload windows 7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I tried this, inputing my key into the website when I received this message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"The product key you entered appears to be for software that was pre-installed on a device. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't have a disc or anything. All I have is the key which doesn't seem to work. I desperately need help with this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a VPCEH3N6E VAIO.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;- AA&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
