Dissapearing Letters

I have a Sony Vaio all in one desktop, VGC -V2S and some of the letters are dissapearing. Does anyone know where I could get are placement keyboard or even the letters that are missing. I have considered getting another make but not sure if I will be abl to continue to use the wireless function. Any advice would be welcome.

have you tired asking vaio support.?

To find contact details for Sony Vaio support click on the following link:Vaio support

Then under Log-in option 1: Enter your vaio models serial number, which you should find on the bottom of your Vaio.

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Get In Touch, followed by Out of Warranty Service.

And finally select Phone Support..
