Hi All,

I have been having some trouble of late with Sonic Stage and hoped you may have the answers.

I Sonic Stage is saying that the Media/device is not connected whenever I put my Vaio Pocket in the docking station.

I have tried everythin I can think of even formatting both the MP3 and my Pc and starting again.
Windows XP detects the player as a Mass Storage device and I can see it within Explorer but sonic stage can't detect it. I've used both 2.1 and the latest version but still nothing.

Do any of you have any ideas on how I can fix this issue please?
I have tried all the Sonic Updates etc but nothing is working.

Kind Regards

Lee

http://www.vaio-link.com/vaiopocket/firmware/firmware.asp?l=en
I folllowed the procedure on the above link in the order suggested, for me this upgraded the firmware and the sonic stage version and it was sucessful. Presuming you have used SONICSTAGE before and successfully used the transfer option, this should work
