Motherboard Vaio is off !?!?!

Hi Friends,
I've got a Vaio Desktop PCV-V1/I that has a problem. Yesterday the lightning broken the phone line and reset my Vaio. After rebooting Vaio doesn't recognize realtek lan card and modem 56k.
Lan Card connects Vaio to router therefore the lightning was passed by plug of lan resetting Vaio Desktop. On plug two leds (yellow and green) are always ON status.

I opened Vaio and extract the power supply for searching a defect. All Amper and Volt supply are right. Nothing components are broken. So I extract the motherboards (PIZZA model, BIOS ASUS) for searching a defect or a burn. These are not present.

What do you suggest me!?

If the motherboard is off then where Can I buy it ?

That's going to be a big problem, finding the motherboard.
If it's within warranty have Sony sort it for you.

Definately. If it is still covered by warranty then let Sony sort out the problem.

Kee-lo is right, trying to find a specific Sony motherboard these days is like trying to extract blood from a stone.
