I have a problem! I want to upgrade the memory of my VGC-V2M system: There is a article in the Knowledge base, I know it. But in this article was written down, that there should be a "button" at the middle of the backside of the computer. This button sould be pushed to remove the back panel. I connat fiond this button. If I slide up the backpanel there is the cooler to see and a screw, no "button". Can anyone help?

Thank you,
JensV

The user manual said you need to slide up the cover up until you can't slide .. then you can see the "buttons".. If u can see the screw.. maybe you have to use the screwdriver to unscrew it...

I can't make any further things but if i have a chance to see how do open the back cover i try to let u know..
