    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; I'm looking for some information as I've not had much luck getting information directly from Sony.&amp;nbsp; I'm wanting to know this before I buy a new notebook basically.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; - Can I get replacement recovery&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; discs under the terms of the warranty if I do not create recovery discs or&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; would I have to buy these?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; - If the notebook required a repair,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; what is the process for this and the average turnaround time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; - If the notebook goes in for repair&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and the fault is found not to be covered by the warranty (ie - notebook is&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; dropped) is there an inspection/rejection fee?&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Many thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; Dan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
