BIOS Update Vaio VGN-fz21e

I want to update this Vaio model (vgn fz21e) BIOS, since seems to be un-updated since 2007. I want to buy a new processor and I would really love to have BIOS updated...

I have read on the support page that with the original pre-installed OS and Vaio Update program could update all the pre-installed sony programs, including Bios. But I downgraded to XP, so atm can't update it with Vaio update...

Vaio Update would be of no use to you because Sony have never supported XP on your model and the only updates available are for Vista drivers and applications.

As far as I can see, there has never been a BIOS Update for your model.

May I ask how you downgraded to XP? I have been trying to do that!
