Diagnostics Hard Drive error

Hello!

i have a sony vaio model : VPCEB1S1E.

I tried earlier a diagnostic for the hard drive(the one provided by seagate on vaio care).

I got this error:

Linear Seek Test did not pass. --- (E-HDD-001) =

=Please run Check Disk to recover the wrong sector --- (E-HDD-005)

i runes a chkdsk as it suggested with autofix on and scan for and attempt to recover bad sectors

It did replace two bad sectors...

I tried then another diagnostic control on the hard drive which resulted on the same error...

What do i do now?Could you please help me?What is wrong eith the hard drive?
