AC Adaptor has stopped working

Hi, I've had a vaio VGN-FW11M laptop for about 10 months and the power supply adaptor has stopped working today. I was wondering if there is any chance of getting it replaced?

Welcome to the club,

fraid 6 months covers the adapter so shop around by typing in the model number shown on the adapter into good old google. I would imaging it is no more that £50

It works now lol....
What about exchanging my current laptop with a newer model and paying a little? Does Sony do this sort of thing?

Q. I have recently broken the Adaptor for my laptop and i need to buy a new one ASAP!!!!! but how do i know if the new adaptor is compatible with my laptop which is VGN-FW11M?!?!!? how do i know what type of adaptor to buy?!?!?

the broken adaptor spec is 19.5V (INPUT: 100-240V 1.3A 50-60Hz OUTPUT 19.5V 4.7)......VGP-AC19V24.
