Sony Xperia 10 _assign new IP adress/dns

Hi!

The only way i can access WiFi is to change the IP adress (to a static one Provided by the building management) of every laptop/tablett/Smartphone i own.

I cannot find how to do it on this Phone... Do you have an idea ?
