How do I get Britbox on Bravia kd-43xg8305

I bought my first new TV for 10 years to upgrade to smart tv. Generally very pleased with it, but I am unable to find any information on how to set it up to get Britbox.  The Britbox website says "soon on Youview" but surely I should be able to download the app.  Any guidance would be gratefully received!

Unfortunately I thought smart TVs were smart enough to utilise apps.  Samsung allows  Britbox app to work but Sony won’t.

Yes I agree with Dr Monica however when I made a general enquiry with Britbox they advised all brand new Smart Tv s made in 2020 will automatically work with Britbox but most older ones will not !
