        I cannot access the English help guide (web manual ) for

sony KD-49XG7073 tv using edge or opera browsers.

Does anyone know if this link is broken ?

No problem with Chrome on Mobile or Desktop...

tried internet explorer,but still no luck

I would install chrome but from previous

experience it struggles to run on my

low spec pc

Ok, but on my Windows 10 VAIO's PC the Web Manual is open also by Edge...

using my I-pad

no luck with pc yet
