Sony Bravia 8 Mark II TV Delivery

Hi, I placed an order for the TV on 15th December and it was supposed to ship from the 19th. However, I haven’t received any shipping confirmation. It’s coming up to two weeks and feeling concerned.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
