Camera button doesn't operating

I bought this phone from 3 days. And I have a problem while photo with button only doesn't operating. So I restore my phone to factory reset. . No change. Help me please

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone

Also test it on >>> safe mode

Open the camera > settings > what do you have the camera button set for? 

what does it happen when you press and hold the camera button, make sure to press it all the way and not partially as it's a two step shutter.
