Loss of link between iPad and rx100m6

The link worked perfectly well when uploading photos between the camera and iPad until the IOS was updated to 15.2.1. With the new IOS it can take up to 3 attempts before photos are uploaded. When the link crashes the iPad displays the message ‘unknown error’ and the camera disconnects. The camera and ipad are usually 12 inches apart. Using Imaging Edge Mobile to transfer photos. Any advice.

Best thing to try is make both devices 'forget' each other and start over again.

Reset connections on both sides.

Are you using Imaging edge? or a different software? or no software at all?

As stated in the email Imaging Edge, looks as if making the iPad forget the camera, that has worked as I uploaded 40 photos without a problem.
