My mobile number is restricted only

Não consigo desbloquear o número do meu celular quando faço chamadas. Para as pessoas que eu ligo aparece número restrito, mesmo que eu escolha que meu número seja identificado nas configurações. O que posso fazer para que ele seja identificado para as pessoas que eu ligo? 

I can't unlock my mobile number when I make calls. For people I call, a restricted number appears, even if I choose to have my number identified in the settings. What can I do to get him identified to the people I care about?

Do I understand correctly that when you make calls, your number is hidden for the counterpart even if the setting in the device is set to show the caller ID? If that is the case, get in touch with your operator as you can't any other changes in the device and it's the network that is messing up and not showing your number.
