Power widgets in notifications

It seems that they are fixed by default : Data / Sound / Wifi / Bluetooth + Settings icon

Is there a way to change them without an additional app and/or modding ?

Looks like you can change them on other 2013 Xperia devices... (haven't tested)

No, it's not possible to replace/change these toggles. I did however try an app called "Power toggles" which enabled a second row of toggles, which were fully customizable.
