Please help with my problem below, I am 79 years of age and don't know how to fix it thank you

I am 79 years of age and have 2 Sa-ct290 sony sound bars and 2 sa wct290 sub woofers. In separate rooms. When I use the one in my room it also switches the one in the other room where my daughter is but I don't know how to fix it thank you.

Hello @Russelledward the SA-WCT290 is the subwoofer connected to the HT-CT290 soundbar. The subwoofer is basically responsible for the bass sound of the soundbar. The subwoofer turns on automatically when the bar speaker is turned on, which is a normal behaviour.

However, if you have two separate subwoofers and soundbars in each room and they both switch on automatically when you switch one on, try resetting them from the settings: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4688/bf7d5b873719b3d76535d0106e2db161/46882522M... (page 26).
