I have two giga dukes,both okay apart from the fact that one won't let me transfer audio recordings when using the audio recordings in put facility.

Both units will allow me to transfer radio recordings onto a USB sticks,but one won't allow me to transfer.

Not sure if I have set up the unit wrong or its just broken,any help most wellcome

Does it give you an error message? Does the unit just freeze, or does the transfer simply not start?

If the message “Cannot transfer some tracks in selected album” appears on only one device, the problem is most likely with that device, not with the settings. A hardware check or factory reset may be necessary.
